We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Painter / Preparer to join our established Aftermarket team at our Anston workshop. Your primary responsibility will be preparing, masking, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard.

Job Details
- Permanent, full-time, site-based role.
- Carry out processes on passenger vehicles, including preparation, minor repairs, and repainting.
- Prepare metal, plastic, and fiberglass surfaces to a high standard efficiently and economically.
- Comply with legal, health & safety, and ISO quality policies.
- Ensure PPE and tools are used correctly and report defects.
- Be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with adaptable hours, including occasional weekends.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in vehicle painting, including body and fiberglass.
- Experience with LGV/HGV and PSV vehicles; vocational licenses are a plus.
- A full UK driving license is advantageous.
- Good understanding of bus, coach, and commercial vehicle systems and repainting techniques.
- Ability to use tools safely.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
