Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and prepping surfaces as required
• Spray vehicles using water-based paints, ensuring a perfect finish
• Check paint colour and prepare spray-out cards to confirm colour accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
• Assist the bodyshop team with other duties when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to support and guide junior technicians when needed
• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to working to the highest standards
• Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
• Excellent attention to detail
