Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in training who will soon be hitting the roads.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. This is an excellent time to consider a career as a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from various industries, including:

• Driving industry (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus drivers)
• Finance (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors)
• IT (support, cybersecurity, web designers, engineers, developers)
• Health (care assistants, managers, trainers, doctors, nurses)
• Education (teachers, teaching assistants, admin officers, lecturers)

Training and Requirements:

• Full training is provided, conducted locally where possible.
• Our pass rates exceed industry averages, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.
• Eligibility criteria include:
  • Holding a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
  • Not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
