Vehicle MET Technician

Salary: £54,600 per annum (hourly paid)

Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings depending on business needs.

Location: Halo ARC Stockport

Start date: 22nd September 2025

We are looking for a Vehicle MET Technician to join our BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre in Stockport, our 36th site! You will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality results that meet insurer standards. You will work efficiently in a modern, fast-paced, clean environment, collaborating as a team and meeting deadlines.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard.
  2. Proven experience in replacing mechanical parts.
  3. Confident in stripping and refitting all vehicle components.
  4. Proficient in repair methods for EV and ADAS vehicles.
  5. Self-assess completed tasks for proper fitment and compliance.
  6. Regularly check tools for safety and purpose.
  7. Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use.
