Vehicle Mechanic/Technician (MoD, Defence Vehicles/NVQ 3+)

Are you a Vehicle Mechanic/Technician with NVQ3 or similar qualification?

Do you want to work on some of the most exciting and TOP SECRET MoD and Defence projects and contribute to global security?

Join a multi-billion-pound global engineering and defence company known for top training and progression programs. You will have opportunities to earn qualifications, progress to supervisory roles, and work a 4-day week if desired.

This role involves servicing, repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining vehicles, including hydraulics and electrical equipment. You will also inspect vehicles, manage material demands, and complete documentation and test reports in line with standards.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ3 or above and seek a role working on UK's secret defence projects, with opportunities for extra earnings and training.

The Role:

• Perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and electrical equipment, including diagnostics and inspections.
• Follow customer requirements, regulations, and standards, ensuring proper use of stores and equipment.
• Diagnose, assess, and document vehicle and equipment status, manage material demands, and complete test reports.

The Person:

• Aspiring Vehicle Mechanic / Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or relevant experience

Optional Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Thursday - 6:45am - 5:30pm
• Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sundays at 2x
