Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic

Location: Weston-super-Mare

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, No weekends

Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £42,000)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our client’s main dealership in Weston-super-Mare. The successful Vehicle Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Vehicle Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Vehicle Mechanic Requirements:

• Experience as a vehicle mechanic with a relevant and up-to-date Level 3 qualification
• Great pride in your work and excellent attention to detail
• Full valid UK driving licence
• A stocked toolbox for work
