  • Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve faults quickly and effectively.
  • Remove, repair, and replace defective vehicle parts when necessary.
  • Prepare vehicles for roadworthiness inspections and MOT compliance.
  • Accurately complete service records, job sheets, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with parts departments to ensure timely ordering and stock availability.
  • Highlight any repair needs requiring specialist external attention.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to arrange vehicle service schedules.
  • Work through service checklists methodically and efficiently.
