Vehicle Manager (094lw) – Military/Police – Midlands – £45k + Company Car + Benefits

Are you a hands-on leader with experience managing teams, vehicle builds, and complex vehicle-based installations? Ready to apply your skills in a dynamic civilian role where your knowledge and discipline are truly valued?

We are looking for a Vehicle Manager to oversee specialist equipment installations across a variety of military & police vehicle types, from cars and vans to motorbikes, for a forward-thinking technical services company in the Midlands.

Job Overview
  1. Manage a team of 10 in the installation of specialist equipment into vehicles
  2. Procure the necessary equipment for each project
  3. Lead the planning and execution of vehicle builds, ensuring quality and efficiency
  4. Apply knowledge of RF systems, antenna placement & power management systems
  5. Maintain strong documentation and administrative practices
  6. Communicate directly with customers to deliver pre-agreed solutions
  7. Ensure compliance with vehicle-specific installation standards
You’ll Need
  1. Experience with vehicle installations (cars, vans, motorbikes)
  2. Strong understanding of RF / antenna systems and power systems
  3. Confident communicator and organiser with admin and documentation skills
  4. Office and field coordination experience
  5. A proactive, solutions-driven approach
Preferred Background

We would encourage applications from individuals with experience in Royal Signals / REME / RAF Comms / Royal Logistics Corps/ Royal Marines Signals Vehicle platforms, comms systems, installation roles in a military setting, tactical communications, RF engineering, or power management systems.
