In this role, you will move away from working on the same vehicles and problems every day. Instead, you will work on a broad range of specialist vehicles, ranging from standard fleet vehicles through to highly customised vehicles worth up to £500,000. This will give you exposure to different systems, advanced technology and complex engineering challenges that will help you become a more rounded technician.

You will receive extensive training including EV qualifications, MOT training and specialist vehicle courses designed to continually increase your technical ability.

Based in Banstead, you will be working from a purpose-built workshop designed to create an excellent working environment with modern equipment and facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Automotive Engineer who feels they are ready for a change. The Role:

• Service, maintain and repair a wide range of specialist vehicles

• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and technical repairs


• Receive ongoing technical development including EV and specialist vehicle training


• Work with modern equipment in a purpose-built workshop

The Person:

• Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician background


• Level 3 Vehicle qualification. Candidates with a level 2 can apply but you have to want to do the level 3 qualification.


• Experience from a main dealer, independent garage, fleet, commercial or similar environment


• Looking for more variety and technical development


• Wants to work on specialist vehicles and new technologies

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
