Clean Harbors Weymouth, MA is looking for a Diesel Vehicle Mechanic to join their safety-conscious team! This position will be responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of all company-owned fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring health and safety by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, and acting safely at all times;
  • Moving company equipment safely on yard as needed;
  • Assisting drivers with addressing vehicle issues;
  • Performing preventative maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment;
  • Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication;
  • Completing daily checklists as required;
  • Ensuring equipment is properly parked/secured in compliance with facility permit and DOT requirements;
  • Maintaining facility cleanliness through housekeeping duties;
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management based on business needs.
