Job description

Vehicle Services is an evolving business supporting customer de-fleet, multiple remarketing channels, and a complete range of vehicle preparation services, including wholesale and retail-ready options. This requires an agile and responsive support function capable of managing various customer requirements.

The department's role is to conduct initial cosmetic inspections to meet contractual standards, follow each vehicle through the relevant authorization processes, and oversee the QC process until the vehicle becomes available for sale.

Team members are responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are met, maintaining operational and customer service excellence at all times.

Scope of Role:

1. Process daily arrivals through the inspection process, providing detailed and accurate damage estimates that exceed standard contractual requirements.
2. Ensure the correct vehicles are processed in the proper order to meet targets.

Objectives for Role:

1. Process Management: Understand and apply the standards relevant to each contract.
2. Provide customers with accurate damage estimates.
3. Capture images of damage for customer benefit.
4. Develop positive relationships with team members to foster a professional and enjoyable environment.
5. Be flexible and support peak periods of vehicle arrivals.
