WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

1. Exceed and manage customer expectations by coordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to employees and affiliates.
2. Ensure that the end-to-end experience for the customer is exceptional, including thorough inspection and handover of new and return vehicles.
3. Work as part of a team to ensure processes and standards in the handover center are adhered to, creating a comfortable customer-facing environment.
4. Carry out all return vehicle inspections thoroughly, adhering to standards and timescales.
5. Manage all inbound vehicle inspections and address issues promptly.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous experience in the automotive industry (essential).
• Experience in vehicle inspections and estimating.
• Full UK Driving License (essential).
• Knowledge of latest paint and SMART / Clever repair technologies.
