Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess high-quality learning programmes in Automotive across FE levels.
• Design and deliver inclusive, high-quality lessons.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress.
• Guide academic and personal development through tutorials.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and engagement.
• Keep course content current and aligned with industry standards.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
• Work with colleagues and external partners to enrich the learner experience.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.
