Job Description:

Working in the Vehicle Design Programme Management team within the Creative Chapter, the Design Programme Lead (DPL) acts as the creative enabler for their programmes, driving the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production with efficiency and clarity. This role requires an open mindset for cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands, supporting the Creative Bespoke Materiality and detailed design team. As the central figure in the Vehicle Design team, the Design Programme Lead will oversee the delivery of their programmes, ensuring all activities align with Creative and business priorities, PCDS, and are delivered on time. They are accountable for ensuring Vehicle Design activities are based on Agile Ways of Working, with a focus on continuous performance improvement.

Skills Required:

• Project Management experience, including managing timing, risk & issue resolution, cost, and resource systems.
• Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels and areas of expertise, including Design, Marketing, Programme, and Engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
