Job summary

OC Motor Repairs is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator to join their busy motor-trade team in the West Midlands. You will prepare accurate accident-repair estimates using Audatex, coordinate additional work, and build strong customer relationships within a high-volume environment.

The role requires motor-trade knowledge or experience, plus solid organisational and time-management skills. You will engage with customers, manage repair times, and identify appropriate sales

Responsibilities

• Repair Estimating: Collate estimates for body repairs to accident-damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system
• Repair Time and Authorisation: Calculate the time required for necessary repairs and inform the body shop when additional work is authorised
• Customer Relationships and Sales: Build customer relationships while maximising appropriate sales opportunities
