Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) for a role based in Haywards Heath. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 OTE, with Monday to Friday hours and occasional Saturday mornings.

You will carry out precise damage assessments, liaising with customers, insurers and repair centres to communicate findings and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VDA or estimator in motor trade.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating software.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to occasional Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct damage assessments and estimations on vehicles.
• Communicate findings with customers, insurers, and repair centres.
