Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a reputable Avonmouth area body shop. The role involves using Audatex to assess damage and prepare detailed repair estimates, ensuring accuracy and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will collaborate with workshop teams to meet manufacturer specifications and uphold industry standards. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ATA Qualified (Preferred) or NVQ/IMI/SVQ
• Proven VDA experience in a fast-paced body shop environment
• Experience using Audatex for estimating and assessments
• Excellent communication and customer care
• Strong team player with commitment to high standards of service

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and create repair estimates with Audatex
• Provide accurate assessments in line with industry standards
• Maximise profitability with professional sales techniques and efficient schedules
• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to queries promptly
