• Recognised qualifications: ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of repair methods, parts pricing, and vehicle valuations.

Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
Location: Bolton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £35,000–£48,000 (Dependent on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Accurately assess and authorize vehicle repair estimates using Audatex and in-house systems
Handle total loss valuations and settlements
Provide technical support to claims handlers and internal departments
Monitor repair network performance and ensure SLA compliance
Ensure customers receive timely updates and exceptional service
Liaise with garages, engineers, and insurers to resolve issues effectively

What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment / Automotive Estimating
Recognised qualifications: ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards)
Strong knowledge of repair methods, parts pricing, and vehicle valuations
Proficiency in systems like Audatex and Glassmatix
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
