ABL 1 Touch Group Limited is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor in the UK. You will produce accurate estimates, manage repair costs and support assessments to maintain high customer service levels and profitability.

You should have strong body and paint repair knowledge, proven estimating experience, and familiarity with Audatex, Glassmatix, E-scribe, Ezi Methods and Glass's Evaluator. ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve it is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of body and paint repair.
• Proven experience in vehicle estimating.
• Confident using Audatex, Glassmatix and related systems.
• Familiarity with E-scribe, Ezi Methods and Glass's Evaluator.
• Audatex Gold training or equivalent experience.
• ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve it.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and solutions focus.
• Organised, methodical and customer-service driven.

Responsabilités

• Producing accurate estimates and invoices to meet repair timelines and partner SLAs.
• Managing repair costs and ensuring profitability.
• Supporting site with assessments, total loss cases and repair methodology reviews.
• Ensuring all work complies with BS10125 standards.
• Liaising with customers, insurers and internal teams for a seamless process.
• Identifying and reporting losses or issues affecting quality or margin.

As aVehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are costed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth site operations and maintaining our reputation for high-quality customer service.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Producing accurate estimates and invoices to meet repair timelines and partner SLAs

• Supporting the site with assessments, total loss cases, and repair methodology reviews

What we’re looking for
