Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor for a manufacturer-approved bodyshop in Epsom, Surrey. You will conduct damage assessments, prepare repair estimates using Autoflow DMS and Audatex, and drive improvements in a paperless workflow.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch and no weekend work. ATA VDA accreditation is preferred, with strong communication and leadership potential for progression.

Qualifications

• ATA VDA accreditation or NVQ VDA preferred.
• Proven experience as VDA or Estimator in a manufacturer-approved environment.
• Strong understanding of Autoflow DMS and Audatex systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proactive, flexible mindset with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed vehicle damage assessments for manufacturer-approved repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Autoflow DMS and Audatex.
• Support transition to a paperless workflow and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline workshop operations and enhance customer service.
• Upsell additional repair services to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor an apprentice VDA (if ATA accredited) and assist in team development.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and insurance companies.

We are recruiting for the position of Vehicle Damage Assessor, which offers a competitive salary range from £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
