Job Title – Vehicle Coordinator – Vehicle Finance Company

Job Location – London

Salary – £21k

Our client is a company that offers professional cab drivers vehicle finance and short-term vehicles to rent.

They are looking to recruit a Vehicle Coordinator to play a key role in a busy environment, providing a prompt and professional service.

This is an active role – you will not be sitting behind a desk all day. You will be responsible for preparing the fleet for hire and lease.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owning the vehicle check in/out process for all vehicles moving in and out of our storage compound.
  2. Inspecting, signing for, and photographing new additions to the fleet.
  3. Ensuring that any new and used cars our client purchases are up to our high standards and all defects are recorded and escalated to our fleet team.
  4. Recording vehicle damage and creating damage reports for the operations team.
  5. Preparing vehicles for hire, including vehicle cleaning, washing, detailing, and completing pre-hire safety checks.
  6. Updating our systems to ensure vehicle status is correct and accurate.
  7. Movement of vehicles from our storage compound to servicing garages and body shops.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  5. Willingness to work with new systems (with training) and to embrace the use of technology in our processes.

  7. Enjoy contributing to the team and growing with our company.
  8. Ability to prioritize your time and work to targets.
  9. Independent work ethic.
