Job summary

Northgate Highways in Buckshaw Village near Chorley is seeking a Compliance Assistant to join a busy compliance team. You will support vehicle compliance, servicing, MOT and maintenance work, keeping records up to date and coordinating bookings to minimise downtime.

The role offers a standard 37.5-hour week, 9:00–17:00, in a bright, newly refurbished office and access to sharesave schemes. You will work with Excel, Syrinx, telematics, supplier portals and 1link as you grow within a

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Organised approach to managing jobs, records, paperwork and bookings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced compliance team and provide flexible support.

Responsibilities

• Support timely completion of vehicle compliance, servicing, MOT and maintenance work.
• Manage accurate records, schedules and bookings and follow jobs through to completion.
• Provide cover across the compliance team and assist with holiday cover.
