We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Collection Class 1 Driver to join our team at the Head Office in Doncaster.

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for collecting vehicles from various locations, loading and offloading vehicles onto our HGV using the vehicle winch when required. You will need to record vehicle height before each journey using the measuring stick and cab height indicator, adhering to height and weight restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers and clients
• Recovering vehicles from various locations
• Loading and offloading vehicles onto/from SYNETIQ HGVs
• Driving in compliance with regulations and legislations regarding working hours, driving regulations, and height restrictions

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years driving experience (not essential)
• Previous recovery/car transporter experience is advantageous
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, resilient
• Attention to detail and ability to use initiative
• Category C / C+E Driving License
