Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Coachbuilder for a full-time permanent role in Manchester Centre. The position offers a basic salary up to £17 per hour, with progression opportunities based on skills and performance. Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, and a monthly bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience building or repairing vehicles (trailers, buses, ambulances, motor homes, vans) is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Comfort with using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Fit and install vehicle flooring, side panels, brackets and other components.
• Perform light fabrication to required specs.
• Carry out light assembly tasks as part of vehicle build process.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions and SOPs.
• Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
