Overview

Vehicle Claims Technician required in Thame, Oxfordshire.

Up to £34,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).

9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm paid as overtime. Hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle breakdown and warranty claims from our client's customers and provide a professional decision based on your expert knowledge to reject or accept the claim.
• Build strong relationships with main dealers, workshops, and repairers.
• Be customer-oriented and able to establish great relationships with corporate clients.
• Make professional decisions independently using your own experience.

Qualifications

• Ideal: IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair with over 5 years of practical experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Open to candidates with no employment experience as a Vehicle Technician if they have extensive experience with the mechanics of vehicles and vehicle parts.
• Excellent computer literacy (internal systems, telephone, emails, correspondence) and strong communication and customer service skills.
