Qualifications

• Experience within an OEM or specialist automotive environment.
• Proven supervisory experience in vehicle assembly.
• Strong understanding of full product life-cycle activity.

Responsibilities

• Own daily build activity across vehicle programmes.
• Drive continuous improvement in assembly processes.
• Support production ramp-up and cycle-time planning.
• Play a hands-on role in new model introductions.
• Work with Engineering and Quality to resolve build issues.
