Allied Vehicles, a family-owned business designing and manufacturing specialist vehicles in Scotland, invites applications for an Adaptations Administrator to support the Sales Mobility team. You will manage vehicle adaptation orders, liaise with customers and internal departments, and help deliver a professional service.

Ideal candidates are highly organised with excellent administration skills, IT proficiency, and strong planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration knowledge gained through experience.
• Good IT skills including all Microsoft packages.
• Good planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle adaptation orders.
• Invoicing customers using our CRM systems.
• Calling customers to confirm adaptations and scheduling jobs in work planner.
