We are seeking a Vegetation Stakeholder & Performance Manager to oversee customer interactions within the vegetation group, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vegetation protection programs aligned with our annual vegetation management obligations.

This hybrid role (Office/WFH), based in Lilydale, is part of our Vegetation Customer team within the Distribution line of business.

The role involves:

• Supporting relationships and communication with external parties such as ESV, EWOV, VESI, Local Government Authorities, Parks Victoria, emergency services, and customers regarding vegetation issues.
• Managing internal stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Providing support and advice on audit programs, customer issues, emergency responses, and HSEQ systems.
• Handling escalated customer complaints, disputes, and negotiations per company policies and regulations.
• Delivering the annual Distribution Station & Terminal Station Vegetation Protection programs and supporting network augmentation projects.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Qualification in Arboriculture.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of electrical Transmission and Distribution networks and utility arboriculture industry.
• Understanding of vegetation and easement management regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build effective business relationships.
• Attention to detail and deadline management skills.
