Job summary
An independent bodyshop is seeking a fully experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their team. In this role, you will assess vehicle damage, prepare computerized estimates, and negotiate with insurance engineers. You'll also present additional repair options to customers and handle queries from both customers and insurance companies. This position requires ATA/VDA accreditation, proficiency with the Audatex system, and a full driving license. Our client is an independent bodyshop, who are currently looking to recruit a fully experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA).
In this job, you will:
- Assess vehicle damage.
- Prepare computerised estimates.
- Negotiate with insurance engineers.
- Present and sell additional repairs to customers.
- Deal with customer queries.
- Deal with insurance companies.
Applicants must be ATA/VDA accredited and have experience of using the Audatex system.
Having experience of using AutoFlow will also help with your application.
A full current driving licence is essential.
