VDA/Estimator – £42,000 plus bonus – Widnes, WA8 8FW

The Role

Are you an ATA-qualified Estimator with an eye for detail? Do you have the skills to produce accurate, right-first-time repair estimates and help drive site performance?

We’re looking for a skilled VDA/Estimator to join our team at our Widnes repair centre. You’ll work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure every estimate meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As a VDA/Estimator, you will:

• Prepare accurate and thorough estimates using Audatex and/or GT Motive.
• Capture and evidence all vehicle damage for insurance and customer records.
• Follow recognised manufacturer methods (Thatcham, Ezi-Methods).
• Liaise directly with customers to manage repair expectations and discuss any additional safety or retail considerations.
• Monitor repair KPIs to support site efficiency and profitability.
• Provide technical advice to the Customer Service team.
• Update estimates to ensure timely authorisation and correct invoicing.
• Produce high-quality, detailed repair estimates.
• Ensure work aligns with operational budgets.
• Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair methods.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A valid driving licence.
• Current ATA VDA certification.
