Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to architect, deploy and optimize enterprise-scale VMware Cloud Foundation solutions across hybrid environments. You will lead client engagements, guide project teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality delivery. Travel of at least 10% is expected.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of VMware-focused experience, VCF 9.0 architecture certification, and a track record in global deployments, automation, and secure, scalable design.

Qualifications

• 15+ years technical VMware experience.
• VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 Architect Certification (required).
• VCF 9.0 administrator cert (desirable).
• VCF lifecycle management, automation, and workload migration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions.
• Oversee VCF Fleet, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and Automation deployments.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in pre-sales engagements.
