We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Ensure timely completion of the selection process, redefining search strategies with HR Business Partners if necessary.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate experience with timely communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities for a smooth process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and team integration.
