We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract diverse candidates.
  • Ensuring timely completion of selection processes and redefining strategies as needed with HR support.
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate fit.
  • Managing candidate experience with timely communication and guidance.
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities.
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings.
  • Extending job offers and negotiating terms.
  • Facilitating onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and making continuous improvement recommendations.
