We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Design Office. Key responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop mechanical components, tools, and jigs related to Gearbox, Hydraulic, and Exhaust systems, from initial layouts to detailed parts.
2. Enhance design workflows and mentor junior team members.
3. Lead the mechanical design process from concept to detailed design, integrating innovative solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with FIA Formula 1 Technical Regulations.
5. Develop lightweight, reliable, and aerodynamically efficient components.
6. Oversee reliability of designed parts with relevant departments.
7. Stay updated on materials science, manufacturing technologies, and motorsport industry advancements.

Team and Technical Guidance:

• Serve as the technical point of reference within the group.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Review and approve final design releases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Professionalism and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with Mechanical Design Team Leader and other departments.
• Collaborate with Aerodynamics, Concept, Trackside Operations, and engineering teams.
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Support race and track events as needed.
