• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• Ability to ensure designs comply with FIA F1 regulations

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the mechanical design process from concept to detailed design of components and tooling, focusing on Gearbox, Hydraulic, and Exhaust systems.
2. Ensure all parts meet FIA F1 Technical Regulations.
3. Develop lightweight, reliable, and aerodynamically efficient components.
4. Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to integrate mechanical solutions.
5. Mentor junior team members and review design releases.
6. Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate innovative solutions.
7. Support during race and track events as needed.
