We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Design Office. You will own the design and development of mechanical components, tools, and jigs for Gearbox, Hydraulic, and Exhaust systems, from initial layouts to detailed parts. You will also enhance our design workflows and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities include leading the mechanical design process from concept to detailed design, ensuring compliance with FIA regulations, developing lightweight and reliable components, overseeing reliability, and staying updated on materials and industry advancements.

Team and Technical Guidance

Serve as a technical reference, mentor junior engineers, review final designs, and drive continuous improvement.

Professionalism and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with team leaders, collaborate with aerodynamics, concept, and operations teams, liaise with suppliers, and support race events as needed.

Experience

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related.
• Extensive experience in high-performance motorsport design, preferably F1.
• Proficiency in CAD software like CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and structural analysis.
• Experience with moulds, patterns, and tooling is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
