We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Car Systems Design engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the design of engine systems, fuel system, gearbox cooling system, and integration of these into the whole car package. You will contribute to concept through detailed design, supporting documentation, and problem resolution for assigned components.

Mechanical Design

Support design work with concept and aerodynamic departments to maximize car systems impact on overall performance. Ensure all designs are fit for purpose and take ownership of the quality of parts designed. Complete detailed design of assigned car systems components on time, communicate effectively with team members, and support meeting targets. Maintain good relationships with other departments, contribute ideas for performance improvements, and stay updated with the latest technical developments. Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.

Professionalism

Provide flexible attendance and attitude, work professionally at all times, and promote a positive image for the department, team, and sponsors.
