We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Car Systems Design engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the design of engine systems, fuel system, gearbox cooling system, and their integration into the whole car package. You will contribute to concept development through detailed design, supporting documentation, and problem resolution.

Mechanical Design
  • Support design work with concept and aerodynamic departments to maximize car systems impact on overall car performance.
  • Ensure all design work is fit for purpose and take ownership of the quality of parts designed.
  • Complete detailed design of assigned car systems components and installations according to deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and support meeting targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with other departments.
  • Contribute ideas for performance improvements and identify potential issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical developments applicable to the role.
  • Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.
Professionalism
  • Maintain flexible attendance and attitude, aligned with role and project requirements.
