We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Car Systems Design engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the design of engine systems, fuel system, gearbox cooling system, and their integration into the whole car package. You will contribute to the concept through detailed design, supporting documentation, and problem resolution for assigned components.

Mechanical Design

Work under the guidance of the team leader, support design work with concept and aerodynamic departments to maximize car systems impact on overall performance.

Ensure all design work is fit for purpose and take ownership of the quality of parts designed.

Complete detailed design of assigned car systems components and installations according to deadlines.

Communicate clearly with team members in a timely manner and support target achievement.

Maintain good relationships with other departments.

Contribute ideas for performance improvements and highlight potential issues.

Stay updated with latest technical developments applicable to the role.

Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.

Professionalism

Provide flexible attendance and attitude, aligning with role and project requirements.

Work professionally at all times, promoting a positive image for the department, team, and sponsors.
