We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Car Systems Design Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engine systems, fuel systems, gearbox cooling systems, and integrating these into the overall car package. You will contribute to concept development, detailed design, supporting documentation, and problem resolution for assigned components.

Mechanical Design

• Support design work with concept and aerodynamic departments to maximize car systems impact on performance.
• Ensure all design work is fit for purpose and own the quality of parts designed.
• Complete detailed design of car system components and installations according to deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with team members and support meeting targets.
• Maintain good relationships with other departments.
• Contribute ideas for performance improvements and highlight potential issues.
• Stay updated with latest technical developments applicable to the role.
• Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.
