We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Car Systems Design engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the design of engine systems, fuel system, gearbox cooling system, and their integration into the whole car package. You will contribute to concept development, detailed design, supporting documentation, and problem resolution for assigned components.

Mechanical Design

Work under the guidance of the team leader, supporting design work with the concept and aerodynamic departments to maximize the impact of car systems on overall performance.

Ensure all design work is fit for purpose and take ownership of the quality of parts designed.

Complete detailed design of assigned car system components and installations according to planned deadlines.

Communicate clearly and timely with team members and support everyone in meeting their targets.

Maintain good relationships with other departments.

Contribute ideas for performance improvement and highlight potential issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments applicable to your work.

Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.

Professionalism

Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, aligned with role requirements and project-specific needs.

Work professionally at all times and proactively promote a positive image for the department, team, and sponsors.
