We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Car Systems Design engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the design of engine systems, fuel system, gearbox cooling system, and the integration of these into the whole car package. You will contribute to concept development, detailed design, supporting documentation, and problem resolution for assigned components.

Mechanical Design
  • Support design work with concept and aerodynamic departments to maximize car systems impact on overall performance.
  • Ensure all design work is fit for purpose and take ownership of the quality of parts designed.
  • Complete detailed design of car systems components and installations according to planned deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with team members and support meeting targets.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with other departments.
  • Contribute ideas for performance improvement and highlight potential issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical developments applicable to the role.
  • Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.
Professionalism
  • Provide flexible attendance and attitude aligned with role requirements and project specifics.
