We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Aerodynamicist responsible for generating new aerodynamic concepts and designs for the race car, as well as testing and analyzing these concepts. The role involves overseeing the full development cycle of aerodynamic components, including concept, testing, analysis, and reporting, and developing innovative aerodynamic processes and tools to push the boundaries of design and performance. Additionally, mentoring junior aerodynamicists is a key part of the role.

  • Aerodynamics

    Create geometries using CAD, submit for WT and CFD testing, analyze results, and recommend track tests.

    Define, specify, and manage wind tunnel tests; conduct wind tunnel testing (shift work may be required).

  • Professionalism

    Suggest and implement new methods to improve efficiency, work professionally, and promote a positive image for the department.

  • Mentorship and Communication

    Collaborate with team leaders to develop concepts, oversee junior staff, and communicate effectively across groups.
