We are looking for a proactive and driven Import Export Specialist who will manage all CEE and Extra-CEE shipments. This person will play a key role in coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring smooth cross-border logistics while optimizing shipping flows and costs.

LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMS OPERATIONS
  • Oversee the full cycle of import/export documentation
  • Handle customs practices for Extra-CEE goods
  • Act as the point of contact for customs brokers and freight forwarders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to international shipments
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Finance teams to schedule and manage shipments
  • Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing transport costs
  • Supervise operational activities to support efficiency and cost-effectiveness
OPTIMIZATION AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipping flows and reduce logistics costs
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with shipping partners
  • Monitor and evaluate shipping performance and propose improvements
