We seek a proactive Import Export Specialist to manage all CEE and Extra-CEE shipments. This role involves coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border logistics and optimize shipping costs.

LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMS OPERATIONS

Manage import/export documentation processes.

Handle customs procedures for Extra-CEE goods.

Act as the main contact for customs brokers and freight forwarders.

Resolve issues related to international shipments.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, and Finance teams to schedule shipments.

Ensure timely deliveries and optimize transport costs.

Support operational activities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

OPTIMIZATION AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

Identify opportunities to improve shipping flows and reduce logistics costs.

Maintain strong relationships with shipping partners.

Monitor shipping performance and suggest improvements.
