We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Composite Design Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the design of F1 car composite parts, including layout studies, patterns, moulds, tools, and jigs. You will also work on improving design processes and mentoring less experienced designers.

COMPOSITE DESIGN

Undertake studies and schemes based on aerodynamic info and car layout, following guidelines.

Ensure designs are released on time and meet specifications.

Design and detail composite components such as front and rear wings, chassis, impact structures, and bodywork.

Collaborate with related departments to ensure reliability of designed parts.

Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and analysis reports.

COMMUNICATION

Work with materials, production, and R&D teams to select appropriate composite materials based on performance and manufacturing requirements.

Maintain effective communication within your team and with other departments.

INNOVATION AND PROFESSIONALISM

Contribute ideas for car performance improvements and identify potential issues.

Stay updated with the latest technical developments applicable to your work.

Be flexible in attendance and attitude, aligning with project needs.
