We're looking for a proactive and skilled Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Additive Manufacturing Team, operating and maintaining advanced ADM machines, finishing parts to perfection, and keeping our workflow running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering precision components to tight deadlines, while collaborating across teams and keeping quality at the forefront. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

Additive Manufacturing

Operate and maintain ADM machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Process build platforms across all ADM systems.

Finish parts to a high standard of surface quality.

Task and Workflow Management

Prioritise work based on aerodynamic test plans and deadlines.

Support the smooth operation of the department by taking on additional responsibilities in times of need or resource shortage.

Collaboration, Professionalism and Flexibility

Work and communicate effectively with engineers and colleagues across the Aerodynamics Department.

Work flexibly across rotating shifts (06:00–14:40 / 14:00–22:30) and provide flexible attendance and attitude to work both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

Maintain a professional, proactive attitude and represent the team positively.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with SLA Additive Manufacturing technology.
  • In-depth technical understanding of additive manufacturing processes, equipment and materials.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Keen eye for detail to consistently deliver high-quality parts.
