An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and committed professional to join the Partnerships & Joint Commissioning Team within Adults, Housing & Communities as a VAWDASV Partnerships Contract Manager.
This team plays a critical role in developing, commissioning, and overseeing services that support vulnerable individuals, working collaboratively with a wide range of partners including Health, Local Authorities, and Third Sector organisations.
This post is subject to ongoing funding arrangements and will be reviewed on an annual basis.
You will lead on the overall management and development of the VAWDASV pathway across Cardiff, ensuring the effective delivery of statutory duties, commissioned services, and partnership arrangements
