We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of a high-volume Vauxhall brand at Vospers Marsh Mills, Plymouth.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading our team of Sales Executives
  • Managing customer service standards and making improvements.
  • Managing and sourcing new and used vehicles from acquisition to allocation.
  • Drive results and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners.
  • Running promotions and sales events.
  • Building a strategy by setting and reviewing targets for the business and auditing the results.

  • Proven track record in achieving car sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
