This award winning Indirect Tax Team in Southampton are currently seeking a technically strong VAT Manager to manage a growing portfolio of clients that will span across all types of industries. You will cover all areas of indirect tax focusing on compliance and client consulting and your primary focus will be building and maintaining relationships with clients. This team all come from very varied backgrounds ranging from the revenue, accountancy practices across the south and from in-house backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to gain good technical exposure and where you will interact on a daily basis with UK and international clients. There is also the chance to be supported by a fantastic professional development programme with the view to promote this individual to Director in a quick time frame. In order to be considered you will have at least 5 years' experience in indirect tax and will be keen to develop further. You will be client focused and commercially aware with excellent communication skills and above all will be an excellent team player.
